Shipping, taxes, and any optional services described below are billed separately.
After reviewing your genealogy data, we’ll provide a fixed quote before any work begins.
A 50% design fee is required to begin your project. The remaining balance is due after approval of the final proof and before production.
Nothing is printed until you approve your final proof.
Optional Services
Genealogy Data Cleanup
Many genealogy files are ready to use with little or no adjustment. Others may contain duplicate people, inconsistent dates, missing birthplace information, formatting problems, or uncertain relationships.
Minor cleanup is included when needed to prepare your chart. If more extensive cleanup is recommended, we’ll discuss the options and provide a quote before proceeding.
Additional Revisions
Each order includes one round of minor corrections after the first proof.
Additional proofing rounds may incur an additional fee.
Minor corrections include spelling changes, date corrections, title changes, and other small adjustments to existing information.
Major revisions—such as changing the starting person or replacing substantial portions of the family tree—may require a revised quote.
Genealogical Research
Heirloom Graphix creates charts from the genealogy information provided by the client.
