Our Story
Family History Deserves to Be Seen
For years, I researched my ancestry and built my family tree. I hoped that one day all of that work would become something my children could enjoy, display, and eventually pass along to future generations.
But I could never find a way to display it that felt right.
Most family tree charts looked more like database exports than artwork. They became crowded after only a few generations, the formatting was difficult to control, and there was always a tradeoff between readability and size.
I wanted something different.
I wanted artwork that people would actually stop and look at.
Something beautiful enough to hang on the wall.
Something that didn’t simply list names and dates, but helped tell a family’s story through its design.
I wanted color to reveal where different branches of the family came from. I wanted people to notice migration patterns, connections, and shared origins almost immediately—things that are difficult to appreciate from text alone.
So I designed my own.
As the design evolved, I realized I wasn’t creating it just for my own family. Many spend years uncovering their family history only for that work to remain buried inside genealogy software or forgotten on a hard drive.
I wanted to create something that transformed research into an heirloom.
That’s why every Heirloom Graphix piece is individually designed and printed on premium wood or metal—materials intended for lasting display.
The goal isn’t simply to preserve information.
It’s to create something your family will enjoy looking at, discussing, and sharing for generations.
Through Heirloom Graphix, I help families turn years of genealogy research into something beautiful enough to display, meaningful enough to inspire conversation, and lasting enough to become an heirloom.
Your research deserves more than a file.
Your ancestry deserves to be seen.
